Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery time and charges are shown at checkout based on your area.

Returns & exchanges

If your frame arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Prescription lenses

Prescription orders are made to the values you supply, so they can't be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Payments

We accept cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. bKash and Nagad payments are verified manually before your order is processed.
